I finally have a date for the surgery, March 30th. I met with the general surgeon that will be implanting the battery/control pack and things are all set to move forward with this. I am a little nervous about it but overall I guess I am looking forward to living in a pain-free world again. I can’t even describe the amount of relief that I got from the trial pack and can only imagine that the relief from the permanent implanted version will be even better. So, on the 30th of next month I will be Robo-Hippy/$40,000.00 man.

There are some things that I simply do not understand. Read on…

1. Why is it that most of the world’s web servers run on some variation of Unix but there is nothing in the *nix world that comes even close to Dreamweaver for authoring/designing web sites?
2. Why do the help manuals in SOOOO many products just plain suck? Then you go on the internet and google for a solution to your problem and find some jerk selling a tutorial on how to do it?
3. Why do I have to ask so many questions that obviously have no logical answer? Reminds me of a 5 year old that is constantly asking “Why?”

I guess that’s it for now but I am sure that I will have more at some point in the future.
